TIM & SHELLEY KEIZER

Tim and Shelley both grew up in the Fredericton area of New Brunswick and started on as our Executive Director Team in March of 2017. They have been in full time ministry for many years working with Youth and Children and in Camp Ministry. They have a huge passion and love for Camp Ministry and how God changes lives in amazing ways through it!

Along with a love for Camp Ministry, Tim brings with him many years of experience in business. He also volunteered his time as a Youth Leader in his home church for many years before he met Shelley.  Tim grew up attending Green Hill Lake Camp in New Brunswick and also had the chance to work there as a young adult.  He attended Prairie Bible College for his own personal development as a young adult. He also has a huge love and heart for missions as well and had a life changing experience when he went to Bolivia years ago.

You can find Tim outdoors  hiking in the woods with Shelley and their dog and loving life whenever he gets the chance. He feels the most of at home when he’s at Camp and following God’s lead for the next adventure.

SHELLEY attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she studied Addictions Counseling and took additional courses in Youth and Music Ministry.  She also has a Diploma in Office Administration and Esthetics.  She has worked as a Youth Leader, Early Childhood Educator, Activities Director in a Seniors home and as Co-Executive Director at Miramichi Valley Bible Camp with hubby, Tim.  Shelley was saved at a Christian Camp in N.B. when she was a young teen herself.

In her free time ,painting, singing and playing piano, and being by the water with her family and 3 dogs any chance she gets.  She considers the most amazing part of  her life to be the gift of being a mom and watching her two sons, Noah and Caleb, grow up to be amazing young men.

TIM and SHELLEY have a huge love and passion for kids, camp and God and want to see lives changed through Jesus Christ. Their own lives were changed through Camp when they were young and their hope is that others will find hope and healing in their lives as well when they come to Camp.  They have a desire to see God do GREAT things at KLC and are so excited to be a part of it.
